In the heart of the city, very convenient. Very nice and super-friendly stuff and attention to detail.

I always choose this place for my stay. I have no regrets. The staff found my lost bracelet. It suits me perfectly. Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and 24-hour security. The bar, restaurant, and snack bar are great. They even have a jacuzzi and spa. I love it here! Coming back for New Year!

I stayed at Casa Luciana in Condesa for a week during my vacation. The rooftop jacuzzi and the one in my room were amazing. The decor throughout the hotel was beautiful and the soundproof walls ensured a peaceful sleep. The staff, including Stefano, were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Casa Luciana Condesa for a few nights and it was absolutely stunning. The property itself is beautifully appointed and exudes elegance. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided was delicious, and I especially enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace, complete with a hot tub where I could indulge in a Mescalita. I will definitely be returning to Casa Luciana Condesa in the future.

everything about this brand-new hotel was perfect. we booked an a double room and loved it. the beds with hypo-allergenic pillows were comfortable.

my stay was beyond fantastic. having previously stayed in mexico city, casa luciana condesa surpassed all my expectations. from the cozy and welcoming ambiance to the spectacular breakfasts and chic rooms, everything was perfect. the location was ideal, with charming restaurants and parks just a short walk away. the staff was delightful and even set up the jacuzzi for us. couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The location was perfect, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself was brand new and very clean, with comfortable beds and a great shower. The hotel didn't have a reception, which created a bit of confusion. The wifi barely worked which was frustrating.
